Half marathon training began Monday. I have nine weeks until the race on May 9th. This blog is meant for the sole purpose of recording my workouts, but perhaps there will be a few musings along the way.
Today's 4m tempo run:
1m warm up
3x .5 mile @ 6.7 pace
2x .25 recovery jogs
1m cool down
Also put in an arm and leg workout. Felt really great today all around.
